I’m a big fan of the practice of meditation. Afterall, if everything we are seeking is within, what better way to find it? But I like to have fun with my meditations! So I created this show, where every week I post a new meditation up on YouTube. We’ll explore a topic together from a mindful space, and then launch into a meditation that is both conscious and creative :) I frequently post the videos here on my blog page, but for consistent updates, subscribe to my channel on YouTube.
